Investigation Management Course
Most investigations that fail do so for lack of grip, not lack of effort. The supervisor sets the aims, tests the decisions and makes sure the record will stand up later.
This one-day workshop is for those who supervise and manage investigations. It covers the supervisor's role, setting and reviewing parameters, solvability assessments, supervisory reviews, building an investigative mindset in your team, structured decision-making and directing the digital strategy through the Investigation Management Document (IMD). Proportionality, recorded rationale, compliance and welfare run through every session.
Delegates work through a fictional scenarios from first referral to post-seizure review.
