Service Description

This intensive one-day workshop is designed for investigators, disclosure officers, case managers and regulatory professionals responsible for handling digital material within investigations. As the volume and complexity of electronic evidence continues to grow, effective disclosure requires both legal understanding and practical strategy. The course provides a clear and practical guide to interpreting the AG Guidelines Annex A, identifying reasonable lines of enquiry, assessing relevance, and managing digital material proportionately and lawfully. Delegates will explore how to structure effective digital disclosure strategies from the outset of an investigation, reducing risk, delay and non-compliance. The programme also examines how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can support modern disclosure processes, whilst maintaining accountability, fairness and evidential integrity. The event is held in person at venue in Birmingham City Centre. Certificates of CPD are available. Who should attend? Investigators, Trading Standards, Local Authority Enforcement Teams, Regulatory Services, Case Officers, Disclosure Officers and Managers involved in digital investigations. The workshop will be delivered by our Digital Disclosure experts who have undertaken Disclosure at all levels from simple to complex investigations and Disclosure challenges. Cancellation Policy

1. Course Registration: • Participants must register for courses through the BDG Training Consultancy website (bdgtrainingconsultancy.co.uk). • Full payment or a Purchase order (if applicable) must be made at the time of booking to secure a spot in the course. • Confirmation of booking will be sent via email once the registration and payment are completed. 2. Payment Methods: • We accept payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer or Purchase Order • For bank transfers, payment must be received within 7 days of booking; otherwise, the reservation may be canceled. 3. Corporate Bookings: • Organisations wishing to book courses for multiple employees should contact BDG Training Consultancy directly for group rates and customised booking processes. • A purchase order or formal agreement may be required for corporate bookings. Cancellation Policy 1. Participant Cancellations: • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date will receive a full refund minus a £50 administration fee. • Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund. • No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 15 days before the course start date. • Participants may transfer their booking to another individual without incurring a fee, provided BDG Training Consultancy is notified at least 7 days before the course start date. 2. Course Cancellations by BDG Training Consultancy: • BDG Training Consultancy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses if necessary. • In the event of a cancellation or reschedule by BDG Training Consultancy, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course date. 3. Force Majeure: • BDG Training Consultancy is not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseen events (force majeure). • In such cases, BDG Training Consultancy will attempt to reschedule the course, and participants will be given the option to attend the rescheduled course or receive a full refund.
